Anderson Parking assumed responsibility for the valet parking service at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in February 2020, just prior to the COVID-19 shutdown.

They provided two weeks of valet service and then had to adapt abruptly to a drastically new environment. In order to protect residents, customers and AP employees, Ritz-Carlton Management quickly instituted new protocols and mitigation measures. Anderson Parking demonstrated the ability to be flexible and nimble as they implemented the new procedures.

The owners of Anderson Parking take a proactive role in hiring and training employees on a routine basis so that adequate staffing is not an issue. The dynamics of parking and retrieving vehicles in a timely, safe, and courteous manner is an integral part of their curriculum.
